Severely abused puppy rescued in Tennessee
Just a week before Christmas, a severely injured puppy was rescued from alongside a road near Ramer, Tennessee. The pup, dubbed "Chip," was found by Julie Bird Marecki, who could see that something was obviously wrong with the stray dog.
